Duo make Blues Bow in Papa John's Trophy

Sam Morsy will captain Town on his debut for the Club against West Ham U21 this evening. 

The midfielder is one of 10 changes from Saturday's game against Bolton, Kane Vincent-Young retaining his place in the starting XI. 

Albie Armin, 17, is also making his Blues bow and is named alongside fellow academy graduate Luke Woolfenden in the middle of the defence.

Jon Nolan, who hasn't featured since January, could make his return to action from the bench while youngsters Elkan Baggott, Cameron Humphreys and Zanda Siziba are also named amongst the substitutes. 

Town: Holy, Vincent-Young, Woolfenden, Armin, Penney, Morsy (C), Carroll, Jackson, El Mizouni, Barry, Norwood.

Subs: Hladky, Baggott, Humphreys, Nolan, Siziba, Chaplin, Pigott.

West Ham U21: Hegyi, Okoflex, Alese (C), Ekwah, Ashby, Chesters, Laing, Longelo, Swyer, Appiah-Forson, Baptise. 

Subs: Kinnear, Dju, Rosa, Diallo, Perkins, Forbes, Casey.
