"I think both managers will think 'okay'. Had we not got an equaliser I'd have been very disappointed"
Paul Cook thought today's 1-1 draw with Sheffield Wednesday at Portman Road was a "great game".
A late equaliser from Conor Chaplin cancelled out Dennis Adeniran's first-half strike.
"There was maybe a period in the second half where it looked like we might not score, but we kept going," the Blues boss told iFollow Ipswich.
"It was a really good game with two good teams. From our point of view the solidity of our team looks a lot better than earlier games this season.
"We've got goals in the team and it's important to have players coming off the bench contributing.
"I think both managers will think 'okay'. Had we not got an equaliser I'd have been very disappointed.
"There was good character shown from the players today, and the supporters.
"It's a quick turnaround for Doncaster but a late equaliser helps with momentum and we now look to another home test on Tuesday."
