More than 20,000 fans are expected at Portman Road when Town host Sheffield Wednesday this weekend.
Darren Moore's side travel to Suffolk for a 3pm kick-off on Saturday afternoon.
The Blues' record home attendance this season was 21,037 on the opening day against Morecambe, with Saturday's fixture looking like it could draw in a similar number of supporters.
The Owls have sold out their away allocation - almost 2,000 Owls fans making the journey down from South Yorkshire.
