Fantastic effort from Town fans

Three Town fans will be walking the length of two consecutive marathons throughout the night to raise money for charity.

Carl Chatfield, Daniel McClure and Duane Leamey will set off on the 52-mile walk from the Abbey Stadium in Cambridge at 9pm tonight, aiming to arrive at Portman Road ahead of tomorrow's match at 3pm.

The trio will be walking for a solid 18 hours continuously on their way to Portman Road. Also, completing the same walk is Town fan, James Dunkley, who set off yesterday from the Abbey Stadium and will stagger his walk through Suffolk.

All four participants will finish their walk in the FanZone tomorrow, and will be interviewed at half-time over the PA.

Carl, Daniel and Duane are completing the walk for three charities close to their heart; St Elizabeth Hospice, Combat2Coffee and Emmaus Suffolk.

James will be completing his walk for East Anglia's Children's Hospice, and will complete the final leg of his walk from Stowmarket to Portman Road tomorrow morning.
