Brace for Thomas while Horwood, Robertson and Wilson also recognised
Natasha Thomas secured a double at this evening's End of Season Dinner after winning both the Corporate Sponsors Player of the Year and The Philip Hope-Cobbold Award for Service to the Community.
The Corporate Sponsors Player of the Year was selected by Corporate Clients & Sponsors and went to the Tractor Girls' number seven who scored 15 goals and picked up nine assists across all competitions this season.
The Philip Hope-Cobbold Award for Service to the Community, which is a new award this season, is given to the player who has gone above and beyond in an effort to represent the Club in the local community, with 26-year-old Natasha, a Trustee for Ipswich Town Community Trust, collecting the gong.
Meanwhile, midfielder Kyra Robertson, who notched four assists this season, won the Players' Player of the Year award following votes from her Tractor Girls teammates.
The 2021/22 campaign was Kyra's first at senior level following two seasons in the Ipswich Town Women Academy.
Interim captain Bonnie Horwood, who created four goals this season and bagged one herself across all competitions, won the Supporters Club History Makers Player of the Year award, with the Official Ipswich Town Supporters Club collecting votes from Ipswich Town FC Women Supporters Group & Tractor Girls On Tour.
Finally, captain Blue Wilson, who has unfortunately spent the majority of the season on the sidelines after tearing her ACL, won the Goal of the Season award following her strike against Crawley Wasps back in August.
The End of Season Dinner took place at Milsoms Kesgrave Hall in Ipswich and was hosted by former Blue Simon Milton.
The sponsors for the women's team awards were as follows:
- The Philip Hope-Cobbold Award for Service to the Community - John Fowlers Solicitors
