"There is a specific focus on each opponent, and you can see by the rotation that you have to play very well to stay in the team"
James Norwood says the Town squad has embraced the challenge of impressing Kieran McKenna both in training and in games, with the aim of securing a spot in the starting XI for each fixture.
Since the Blues boss' arrival in December, a total of 22 players have featured for Town in nine games.
"The boss thinks about the next game and how we're going to break them down," Nors, who is the feature interview in Saturday's matchday programme, said.
"There is a specific focus on each opponent, and you can see by the rotation that you have to play very well to stay in the team, and I think the squad is relishing the challenge.
"There is a real attention to detail in training and preparing for matches as well, and again we are enjoying that.
"On a personal note, it has taken me a little bit of time to adjust to the hybrid left striker and winger role, as I had a little run there.
"I've come off the bench in the last couple of games so I'm obviously working hard to try and get myself back in the team, and then I'll be doing my best to stay there.
"We're all up for it this weekend, andd we’ve played Burton enough times against to know what they are about."
