"We're chasing other teams so we have to keep putting the pressure on them"

Sam Morsy has emphasised the importance of Town's next two fixtures, with back-to-back home games coming up for the Blues.

Kieran McKenna's side host Burton Albion at Portman Road on Saturday, before Cheltenham Town travel to Suffolk three days later.

Town have lost just twice at home this season, and are unbeaten at Portman Road in the league since November, including wins in the last three.

"It's a big week for us, there is no doubt about it," Sam said.

"We have two home games and our form at Portman Road has been fairly strong, for a good few months now in particular.

"We have to keep going and get the results we need. It's just a case of getting those and seeing where it takes us. We're chasing other teams so we have to keep putting the pressure on them.

"It's not that long ago that people had written us off, but we always had the belief and we have something to fight for now. Our season is on a bit of a knife-edge, but I think we can stay consistent and close the gap.

"If we can get the win on Saturday it will feel like a big victory, and then we need to take that into the next one."
