Midfielder commits until 2025
Cameron Humphreys has signed a new three-year deal at Town.
The midfielder, who last summer penned his first professional contract at Portman Road, has committed his future to the Club until the summer of 2025.
Cameron, 18, made his debut for the Blues in the Carabao Cup at home to Newport County last August.
He then featured for the senior side away to Charlton in December, and again in the final game of the season, a 4-0 win over The Addicks, when he came on in the 75th minute and provided an assist for James Norwood.
The Englishman featured regularly for Town U23s in 2021/22 as the young Blues won the Professional Development League South division, and played his part for Town U18s, who won the Professional Development League Cup with a 7-0 victory over Coventry City in the final at Portman Road - Cameron registering three assists on the night.
He was also named the Academy Player of the Year at the ITFC Supporters Club's Player of the Year Awards last month.
Cameron joins Wes Burns, Kayden Jackson, Luke Woolfenden and Tommy Hughes as players who have signed new deals with Town this summer.
