This is #OurTime.
The Club is pleased to announce the details of our 2022/23 season tickets.
Our Renewal and Early Bird Phase One window will open at 10am on Monday, 28 March.
Prices have been frozen across all age groups, with adults being able to watch Kieran McKenna’s Blues next season from just £14.08 per game.
U12s are able to watch Town at just £1.65 per game, whilst an U19 season ticket works out at under £4 per match.
Prices are frozen for renewals and for supporters purchasing a season ticket in Early Bird Phase One window which opens at 10am on Monday, 28 March and closes at 5pm on Friday, 22 April.
Our Early Bird Phase Two window will include a 5% increase on our Early Bird Phase One price, should the Club be promoted to the Championship. If Town remain in League One for the 2022/23 season, Early Bird Phase Two prices will be frozen.
The Club will inform supporters with Early Bird Phase Two window dates once our divisional status for the 2022/23 season is confirmed.
From Friday, 1 July until Saturday, 30 July, our Full Price window will be in place, which will include a 5% increase on the 2021/22 Full Price should Town be playing Championship football in 2022/23. If the Blues remain in League One, our Full Price window will be frozen.

Current season ticket holders who pay by Direct Debit will automatically be renewed for 2022/23 unless they inform the Club otherwise by 5pm on Friday, 22 April.
U19 and U12 season ticket holders who received a ‘free’ 2021/22 season ticket as part of their 2020/21 compensation, and wish to pay via Direct Debit, will be required to set up a new Direct Debit.
As part of the Club’s commitment of engaging with the next generation of supporters, U12 season tickets can now be purchased in all areas of the Magnus Group West Stand aside from premium seating areas.
Town CEO Mark Ashton said: “Your support, both home and away, has truly been incredible throughout this year.
“Given your backing and the cost of living crisis this country is facing, we wanted to commit to freezing season ticket prices for the 2022/23 campaign so that supporting your Club can be accessible for all supporters.
“Portman Road has become a very difficult place for away teams to come and, make no mistake about it, the backing we have here is a huge part in that.
“As I have said many times before and will continue to do so, we can build the Club and get it back to where we want it to be, but we can only do this together.”

2022/23 SEASON TICKET FAQs
If I’m a current season ticket holder and want to renew, how do I go about it?
If you pay via the Club’s Direct Debit scheme, then your season ticket will automatically be renewed for next season at the frozen rate. You don’t have to do anything. U19 and U12 season ticket holders who received a ‘free’ 2021/22 season ticket as part of their 2020/21 compensation, and wish to pay via Direct Debit, will be required to set up a new Direct Debit.
If you are a season ticket holder but not on the Direct Debit scheme, you can renew online here or at the Planet Blue store.
If I don’t want to renew my season ticket for 2022/23, how do I cancel my Direct Debit?
You’ll need to inform the Club either over the phone [03330 050503] or via email at email@example.com. You must inform the Club of your intention to cancel your Direct Debit by 5pm on Friday, 22 April otherwise you will automatically renew.
What if I’m not a current season ticket holder but I would like to purchase one?
You can purchase your 2022/23 season ticket at the frozen Early Bird Phase One rate from 10am on Monday, 28 March until Friday, 22 April. This is the cheapest rate for a new season ticket holder.
How do I purchase if I’m a new season ticket holder?
You can purchase online or in the Planet Blue store. Our ticket office team cannot process season tickets over the phone, but are happy to answer any questions you may have. They can be contacted via 03330 05 05 03 or on email via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is the Club’s Direct Debit scheme still interest free?
Yes, it is. If you purchase or renew before the Early Bird Phase One deadline and want to use the Direct Debit scheme, your payments will be split over 12 months. If you purchase after the Early Bird Phase One deadline, your payments will be spread over a shorter period.
Remind me about the Renewal window?
Our Renewal window is only for current season ticket holders and guarantees the best price. It’ll open at 10am on Monday, 28 March and close at 5pm on Friday, 22 April. This allows current season ticket holders to claim their seat for the new season.
I’m an existing season ticket holder and want to move my seat for the 2022/23 season, how do I do this?
If the seat you would like to move to is available, please contact the ticket office or visit Planet Blue and the Club will assist.
If you’d like advice on a potential seat move, please email email@example.com with your preferred location. The Club advises supporters to renew in their existing seat and then contact the ticket office to explore alternative seat locations.
What about the Early Bird windows?
There are two Early Bird windows. Phase One will open at 10am on Monday, 28 March and close at 5pm on Friday, 22 April. Prices in this window are frozen from our 2021/22 Early Bird rate regardless of which division the Blues are playing in next season.
Early Bird Phase Two prices will remain frozen should Town be in League One next season. If the Club is promoted, there will be a 5% price increase.
The Club will inform supporters with the Early Bird Phase Two window dates once our divisional status for the 2022/23 season is confirmed.
