"We're just working hard and doing the right things on the training pitch"
Cameron Burgess says a focus on attention to detail has contributed to Town's impressive defensive record under Kieran McKenna.
Since the Blues boss took charge in December, Town have kept 11 clean sheets in 15 games, including eight shutouts in the last nine - both of which are Club records.
"It's been impressive to watch and now special to be a part of," the 26-year-old defender said after Saturday's goalless draw with Portsmouth at Portman Road.
"We've conceded one goal in nine games, which is very good.
"There's no real secret to why we have achieved that, certainly nothing weird or wonderful. We're just working hard and doing the right things on the training pitch - we have a good attention to detail.
"That's probably the biggest thing, the attention to detail. We go through things as a team and receive information from staff - we're all taking it on board.
"I would say the level of detail is second to none. I've been at clubs across different levels and there are different ways of doing things, but with this group of lads, we're responding well to the information and detail.
"The whole team is buying into that. We look at things together and work together. Everyone is working hard and playing their part."
