Please note: All sales windows will cease at 6am the following day before going back on sale to the next priority window at 10am. Supporters should note that at 10am on Tuesday, 5 December those members with 30+ away priority points who didn’t purchase on Monday, plus those with 25+ points can purchase tickets throughout the priority system. This will be the process ahead of and during each window with sales ceasing at 6am and then beginning again at 10am at the start of the next priority window. Each priority window will be available for the same length of time. Therefore, those who can purchase on Friday, 8 December at 10am will be able to purchase up until 6am on Saturday, 9 December.
Sales will be available as standard via tickets.itfc.co.uk or in Planet Blue and supporters are advised that the postal deadline for tickets will be Monday 18 December at 2pm for this match.
In addition to a postal option, we will be trialling a ‘Click & Collect from Planet Blue’ option for supporters. If you choose to select this method of delivery, then you will be able to collect your ticket(s) from our Planet Blue store at the 'Click and Collect' point upstairs.
Your order will only be available three working days after ordering. For example, if you order on a Tuesday, your collection will be available from the following Monday with the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday being the three working days to prepare your order.
You will not receive a follow up email when your order is ready. Your collection will only be available during collection hours. These hours are 10am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. No matchday collections are available. Any attempt to collect outside of these hours will lead to your collection not being available.
The purchaser will be required to collect and MUST bring proof of purchase by showing their confirmation email. The individual collecting will be required to sign to show that they have collected their order. Failure to provide this will lead to the collection being denied. Any uncollected tickets will not be sent to the away club in question and therefore you will be unable to enter the away ground.

Prior to sales commencing, there are a few changes that supporters will need to be aware of relating to how they purchase their tickets.
In line with our Ticket Touting policy, all ticket purchases must be purchased in the name of those attending. With this, we will now be restricting all ticket purchases to only be able to purchase the relevant price type applicable to your age. For example, if you are 30 years of age, you will only be able to purchase an ‘Adult’ ticket and not an ‘U23’ ticket. To purchase a ticket of a different price type, you would need to ensure this was assigned to the individual eligible who is of that price type.
Should a game reach general sale, sales per owner will also be limited to one ticket per owner, with that owner needing to purchase the correct price type. If you wish to purchase any more tickets, you will be required to assign those tickets to those in attendance via the ‘Friends and Family’ feature on the website.
In line with this, any supporter looking to collect a ticket or duplicate from the away club in question will be asked to provide proof of their confirmation email to collect their order. Failure to do so will result in their collection being denied.
Those who have been selected and notified of a random spot check will need to provide photographic ID evidence to collect their tickets. These supporters will be made aware of this requirement in advance of the fixture, again failure to do so will result in their collection being denied.

Travel
As previously announced, we are pleased to be working with our coach providers Galloway to offer discounted travel for this fixture. Full travel details are available here.
Coach travel will also go on sale in line with the priority ticket sale windows with prices at £18 for Adults, Seniors/U23 £15 and U19’s £12. Coaches will depart from behind the Sir Bobby Robson stand at 5.30am and will be picking up at Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds, and Newmarket en route only for the trip to Leeds.
Please note we will no longer be issuing physical tickets for coach travel. Your confirmation email will act as your proof of purchase and the stewards on the day will be issued a register for those attending to verify your confirmation email and ability to access the coach.
Safe seating
As standard, we will also be operating a ‘safe seating’ area, which will be located on the front row of Blocks B1, B2, B3 in the upper tier.
We would like to remind fans that these seats will include older fans, families, those unable to stand for long periods of time and ambulant disabled fans. We therefore require fans in the seated areas to stay seated and be respectful of their fellow supporters as we want everyone to enjoy the day safely.
All safe seating tickets can now be purchased online here and will be shown by an orange exclamation mark on the seat. By hovering over a seat, confirmation of that ticket being safe seating will be shown.
Disabled supporters and their carers/personal assistants can now purchase tickets through the Club's website, with more information available here.
