With tickets expected to be in high demand, supporters are reminded of the Club’s Ticket Touting Policy, introduced earlier this season.

Tickets should only be bought via official channels at tickets.itfc.co.uk or in Planet Blue and should not be advertised for secondary sale, with eligible supporters advised to only purchase if they intend to attend the game at Plough Lane.

Any supporters seeing tickets for sale outside of official channels are asked to contact touting@itfc.co.uk in order for us to investigate further, while supporters are also reminded that random spot checks of photographic ID are in operation for away fixtures.

Full details regarding the policy, including procedures regarding the cancellation and transfer of tickets, as well as potential sanctions, can be found here and below.

TICKET TOUTING POLICY

Should a game reach general sale, sales per owner will also be limited to one ticket per owner, with that owner needing to purchase the correct price type. If you wish to purchase any more tickets, you will be required to assign those tickets to those in attendance via the ‘Friends and Family’ feature on the website.

In line with this, any supporter looking to collect a ticket or duplicate from the away club in question, will be asked to provide proof of their confirmation email to collect their order. Failure to do so will result in their collection being denied.

Those who have been selected and notified of a random spot check, will need to provide photographic ID evidence to collect their tickets. These supporters will be made aware of this requirement in advance of the fixture, again failure to do so will result in their collection being denied.

Sales will be available as standard via tickets.itfc.co.uk or in Planet Blue and supporters are advised that the postal deadline for tickets will be, Wednesday 3 January at 12pm for this match.

Ipswich Town fans at West Brom

In addition to a postal option, we will be trialling a ‘click and collect from Planet Blue’ option for supporters. If you choose to select this method of delivery, then you will be able to collect your ticket(s) from our Planet Blue store at the 'click and collect' point upstairs.

Your order will only be available three working days after ordering. For example, if you order on a Tuesday, your collection will be available from the following Monday with the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday being the three working days to prepare your order. You will not receive a follow up email when your order is ready. Your collection will only be available during collection hours. These hours are 10am-5pm, Monday-Friday. No matchday collections are available. Any attempt to collect outside of these hours will lead to your collection not being available to collect.

The purchaser will be required to collect and MUST bring proof of purchase by showing their confirmation email. The individual collecting will be required to sign to show that they have collected their order. Failure to provide this will lead to the collection being denied. Any uncollected tickets will not be sent to the away club in question and therefore you will be unable to enter the away ground.

Travel

Coach travel will also go on sale in line with the priority ticket sale windows with prices at £23 for adults, seniors/U23 £20 and U19’s £17. Coaches will depart from behind the Sir Bobby Robson Stand at 7.45am & will be picking up at Marks Tey en route only for the trip to AFC Wimbledon.

Please note we will no longer be issuing physical tickets for coach travel; your confirmation email will act as your proof of purchase and the stewards on the day will be issued a register for those attending to verify your confirmation email and ability to access the coach.

As standard, we will also be operating a ‘Safe Seating’ which will be in located in the front rows of the allocation provided where possible.

We would like to remind fans that these seats will include older fans, families, those unable to stand for long periods of time and ambulant disabled fans. We therefore require fans in the seated areas to stay seated and be respectful of their fellow supporters as we want everyone to enjoy the day safely. All safe seating tickets can now be purchased online here and will be shown by an orange exclamation mark on the seat. By hovering over a seat, confirmation of that ticket being safe seating will be shown.

Disabled supporters and their carers/personal assistants can now purchase tickets through the Club's website, with more information available here
