New service available for both home and away fixtures
The Club is proud to announce that it now offers online purchasing of accessible tickets for disabled supporters and their carers/personal assistants.
Town, who are now one of only four League One sides to provide the service, has made the move following successful trials in the previous few weeks.
Online purchasing of accessible tickets will be available for both home and away fixtures.
To be eligible to purchase accessible tickets, supporters must first register for the Club's online service.
Once they have done this, email Disability Liaison Officer lee.smith@itfc.co.uk with the supporter ID, name, and email address of the supporter with accessible needs.
"We are always striving to make everything the Club offers as accessible and inclusive as possible," Lee told the Club website.
"That is why disabled supporters will have the same opportunities as the rest of the fanbase to buy online at the priority stage applicable to them.
"This decision will allow the process of purchasing tickets to be as accessible as possible for the entirety of the Club's fanbase."
More information on eligibility and how supporters can use this newly available service can be found below:
Eligibility
- DLA (Middle or Higher Rate Care Component, or Higher Rate Mobility Component)
- PIP Standard or Enhanced Rate Mobility Component, or Enhanced Rate Daily Living component
Supporters who meet either of the above criteria will also be eligible for a complimentary personal assistant ticket, for which a carers registration form will need to be completed.
If this is the case, contact lee.smith@itfc.co.uk.
Once this has been processed, Club staff will confirm eligibility and register a supporter for the online service. They will also provide instructions for future purchase of online tickets.
Supporters who require a wheelchair and/or ambulant fans can purchase tickets online by following the step-by-step guide below. This process will automatically allow for a personal assistant to be added.
Fans who have any issues purchasing tickets can email lee.smith@itfc.co.uk. They can also access support by calling 01473 400 556 or 03330 05 05 03.
Step-by-step guide
1. Head to the Club's ticketing website (tickets.itfc.co.uk) and sign in by clicking the button in the top right corner of the screen. To do this, you will require their supporter ID and password. If you do not know your password, click ‘Forgotten Password’. If you do not receive an email within five minutes, the Club does not have an up to date email for you. In this instance, please contact the ticket office on 01473 400 556 or 03330 05 05 03. Registered supporters must login before selecting any tickets to ensure that the correct prices and seating options are displayed.
2. Select whether you are purchasing tickets for a home or away game.
3. Click add to basket on the fixture you wish to purchase tickets for.
4. Click on the area of the stadium that you wish to purchase tickets in.
5. Click on the seats that you wish to purchase and add to basket. Seats which appear as grey are unavailable, with seats that are blue being available. Seats with an exclamation mark on them signify those for a personal assistant while seats will turn black once selected, and should now show in your basket.
6. Select the price type for the ticket by clicking on the drop-down box to select the category for the disabled supporter. Please ensure it is the relevant price type and that you have a relevant carer price type selected for the carer.
7. Ensure that one ticket is in the disabled supporter's name and that the other is in the registered carer/personal assistant's name that the Club has on file before proceeding to checkout.
8. Scroll down to the delivery method section and pick your preferred option.
9. To complete your purchase, read and accept the terms & conditions, and click 'Pay’.
10. Enter your card details carefully and press continue. An email will be sent to the registered email address of the supporter logged in to confirm the purchase.
