BALLOT INFORMATION
A total of 2% of tickets will be held back for a ballot should this fixture sell out during an Away Priority Points (APP) sale stage.
Further information will be provided should this fixture reach the ballot stage.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Supporters who have purchased and are no longer able to attend the fixture, will be able to claim a full refund by returning the physical away ticket to the Ticket Office in the post or in person at Planet Blue up until 12pm on Friday, 8 November. Failure to return the ticket will lead to no refund being provided. Tickets will remain on sale until 2pm on Friday, 8 November for supporters to purchase any returns.
Supporters are reminded that the only official platform to purchase tickets for Town matches is tickets.itfc.co.uk or in – person at our Planet Blue store.
Supporters should not under any circumstances purchase tickets from any unauthorised sale or resale platforms. Anyone who purchased from third parties does so at their own risk.
ADDITIONAL INFO AND SPOT CHECKS
Prior to sales commencing, supporters will need to be aware of the processes relating to how they purchase their tickets. In line with our Ticket Touting policy, all ticket purchases must be purchased in the name of those attending, with this, we will now be restricting all ticket purchases to only be able to purchase the relevant price type applicable to your age. For example, if you are 30 years of age, you will only be able to purchase an adult ticket and not an U23 ticket. To purchase a ticket of a different price type, you would need to ensure this was assigned to the individual eligible who is of that price type.
Sales will also be limited to one ticket per owner, with that owner needing to purchase the correct price type. If you wish to purchase any more tickets, you will be required to assign those tickets to those in attendance via the ‘Friends and Family’ feature on the website.
In line with this, any supporter looking to collect a ticket or duplicate from the away club will be asked to provide proof of their confirmation email to collect their order. Failure to do so will result in their collection being denied.
Those who have been selected and notified of a random spot check, will need to provide photographic ID evidence to collect their tickets. These supporters will be made aware of this requirement in advance of the fixture, again failure to do so will result in their collection being denied.
TICKET TOUTING POLICY
With tickets expected to be in high demand, supporters are reminded of the Club’s Ticket Touting Policy, introduced earlier this season. Tickets should only be bought via official channels at tickets.itfc.co.uk or in Planet Blue and should not be advertised for secondary sale, with eligible supporters advised to only purchase if they intend to attend the game.
Any supporters seeing tickets for sale outside of official channels are asked to contact touting@itfc.co.uk for us to investigate further, while supporters are also reminded that random spot checks of photographic ID are in operation for away fixtures.
Full details regarding the policy, including procedures regarding the cancellation and transfer of tickets, as well as potential sanctions, can be found here.
POSTAL DEADLINE
Sales will be available as standard via tickets.itfc.co.uk or in Planet Blue and supporters are advised that the postal deadline for tickets will be Tuesday, 5 November for this match.
COACH TRAVEL
Coach travel will also go on sale in line with the priority ticket sale windows with prices as below:
- Adult: £25
- 65+/U23: £22
- U19: £20
Coaches will depart from behind the Sir Bobby Robson Stand at 10:15am & will be picking up at Marks Tey en route only for the trip to Tottenham Hotspur.
Please note we will no longer be issuing physical tickets for coach travel. The confirmation email will act as your proof of purchase and the stewards on the day will be issued a register for those attending to verify your confirmation email and ability to access the coach.
SAFE SEATING
There will be no safe seating due to safe standing being available. All supporters in seated areas should remain seated and be respectful of the below:
We would like to remind fans that these seats will include older fans, families, those unable to stand for long periods of time and ambulant disabled fans.
We therefore require fans in the seated areas to stay seated and be respectful of their fellow supporters as we want everyone to enjoy the day safely.
All Safe Seating tickets for eligible games can now be purchased online here and will be shown by an orange exclamation mark on the seat. By hovering over a seat, confirmation of that ticket being Safe Seating will be shown.
ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
Disabled supporters and their carers/personal assistants can now purchase tickets through the Club's website, with more information available here.
