Ticket details for Town’s Premier League clash with West Ham United can now be confirmed.
West Ham will visit on Sunday, 25 May, with the game kicking off at 4pm.
The game with West Ham will be an ‘A’ grade fixture.
As previously outlined, sales windows for all Premier League home games this season will begin with a ballot stage, allowing all non-season ticket holding members from the 2023/24 season, who purchased a home league match ticket and have an active 2024/25 membership, the opportunity to potentially purchase tickets.
The ballot for the game with West Ham will open from 12pm on Friday, 25 April, before closing for entries at 5pm on Monday, 28 April.
Details regarding the introduction of the ballot system can be found here, with a full FAQs section available below. Supporters are reminded to enter the ballot in their desired groups, rather than individually to ensure they are successful or unsuccessful together.
Full details of how to enter the ballot, including how to enter with family and friends, can be found below.
Supporters who have been successful in the ballot will be notified by email on Thursday, 1 May.
Those successful applicants will also be able to see they have been successful via their ticketing account. This will display within, Personal Details’, under ‘My Profile’ located above Supporters ‘Full Name’. Those who have not been successful will not receive an email and will not have anything located within their online profile.
Sales for those supporters who have been successful in the ballot will then commence from 10am on Friday, 2 May.

Further sales information
We are aware that previously supporters who are ineligible to purchase tickets have been selecting seats and preventing eligible supporters from purchasing. Therefore, to be able to click ‘ADD TO BASKET’ on the event, you MUST be logged into an eligible account. If you do not, you will either not see the event, or will only see the ‘COMING SOON’ option.
Prior to sales commencing, there are a few changes that supporters will need to be aware of relating to how they purchase their tickets due to the high demand in place. In line with our Ticket Touting Policy, all ticket purchases must be purchased in the name of those members attending, with this, we will now be restricting all ticket purchases to only be able to purchase the relevant price type applicable to your age. For example, if you are 30 years of age, you will only be able to purchase an ‘Adult’ ticket and not an ‘Under 23’ ticket. To purchase a ticket of a different price type, you would need to ensure this was assigned to the individual eligible who is of that price type.
Supporters attempting to purchase online at tickets.itfc.co.uk are advised that a queueing system will be in place on the website to help manage the demand for tickets.
Due to demand, we strongly recommend purchasing online rather than in person from the Club shop. Planet Blue will only be able to select available seats and will have the same selection of seats as those purchasing via the website.
Mobile scan/print at home tickets will be available for supporters, in addition supporters will be able to select the 'post' fulfilment method until Tuesday, 20 May at 2pm.
No U14’s will be permitted into the stadium without a parent/guardian (18+).
Resale platform details
The resale platform will go live from 10am on Tuesday, 6 May, with tickets placed for resale then released on Thursday, 22 May at 12pm. The usual waiting room and queue will be in operation. The waiting room will commence at 11:30am and queue from 12pm.
Supporters are reminded that the only official platform to purchase tickets for ITFC matches is tickets.itfc.co.uk or in – person at our Planet Blue Superstore.
Supporters should not under any circumstances purchase tickets from any unauthorised sale or resale platforms. Anyone who purchased from third parties does so at their own risk.
Any available seats from the resale platform will initially be available to those supporters who were previously eligible to purchase up to and including the stage at which the fixture sold out, with any further sales dates released in due course subject to availability.
Supporters who have purchased and are no longer able to attend the fixture, will be able to claim a full refund by notifying the Ticket Office or visiting the Club Shop in person up until close of business on Friday, 23 May.
