The Club is hosting a recruitment event at Portman Road on Thursday, 15 May.

The event will be held in Beattie's, starting at 3pm and running until 7pm, with a wide range of matchday roles on offer.

We are looking for staff who have excellent customer service experience, a can-do attitude and are ready to work in a busy yet exciting environment.

Interviews will be held on the day for casual roles working in our busy hospitality areas, matchday kiosks and Planet Blue retail store. Ideally, applicants will have some experience in hospitality or retail. However, training will be given.

The following roles are available:

  • Retail Assistants – Serving customers in our busy retail store at the stadium
  • Kiosk Assistants – A busy role serving food and drinks in the concourse areas of the stands.
  • Kiosk Supervisors – A busy role supervising teams of kiosk assistants in the concourse areas of the stands. You will need to have experience of supervising.
  • Waiting Staff  Serving customers in our hospitality areas. Ideally, you will have experience of waiting tables and serving customers.
  • Bar Staff (Over 18s only) – Working in our bars serving customers and taking payments. You will need to have bar experience.
  • Hospitality Stewards (Over 18s only) – Welcoming visitors to the stadium, checking tickets, helping to direct flow of foot traffic and offering an excellent level of customer service to ensure the smooth running of the event.
  • Guest Experience Advisors (Over 18s only) - Ensuring all guests are greeted upon arrival and directed to their hospitality area, having checked the relevant tickets and accreditation. You will have excellent customer services skills and experience in a similar role.
  • Cleaners – Matchday cleaning staff required, to assist the cleaning team.

These events do get very busy so give yourself plenty of time as you may have to wait for an interview.
