The Club and the Ipswich Town Foundation will once again be present for the annual Suffolk Show.
This year’s event will take place on 28 - 29 May at Trinity Park, with gates opening at 7am on both days.
The Club will be located at plot 885, while the Foundation will be in the First Bus Sports Village, which is at roughly O4 on the map below, a short walk from the ITFC area.
Wednesday at the Club’s plot will include a Senior Blues drop-in session which starts at 10am, with Town Women Manager Joe Sheehan and players also in attendance to meet fans from 1pm. The Planet Blue area will be open all day, with merchandise available.
Thursday will see Matt Holland, our former captain and now a director, meet fans and take part in a Q&A on what marks 25 years to the day since the Blues beat Barnsley at Wembley to secure promotion to the top flight of English football. The Planet Blue section will again be open, and there will be a green screen for fans to ‘have’ a photo with the men’s first team. A mini quiz is also starting at 10.15am and is expected to finish around 11am.
Throughout the two days, the following departments will be available for supporters to engage with:
- Commercial
- Events
- Hospitality
- Ipswich Heritage Society
- Ipswich Town Foundation
- Junior Blues
- Planet Blue
- Recruitment
- Stadium Tours
- Supporter Services
An exclusive pre-sale window will also be available at the Suffolk Show, for two new events being launched by the Club this summer – Walk on the Pitch Stadium Tour Experiences and Ipswich Heritage Walks. More information on these will be available at the Show.
