Jacob Greaves became the Club’s third summer signing in 2024 having agreed a five-year deal for an undisclosed fee from Hull City.

Jacob came through the youth ranks with the Tigers and had a loan spell with Cheltenham Town in the 2019/20 season.

He made his league debut for Hull in a 3-0 win away to Rochdale back in October 2020 and in total featured in more than 150 league games for the Humberside club.

A powerful centre-half, Jacob was named in the Championship Team of the Season for 2023/24 and picked up Hull’s Player of the Year award.

Jacob shone on his competitive Town debut as Liverpool came to Portman Road for the Premier League season opener - where the defender was selected as the Player of the Match.
