Panutche joined Town on the final day of the summer 2022 transfer window, arriving for an undisclosed fee from Plymouth Argyle. 

Injury restricted him to just four appearances during his debut season, though he did manage to score his first Town goal in the FA Cup success away at Bracknell. 

Prior to his move to Suffolk, Panutche made 95 appearances for Plymouth, having also been with Crawley Town, Dulwich Hamlet and Barnsley in English football. 

He has represented Guinea-Bissau four times, scoring once.
