Bethan Roe signed for Town in the summer of 2025 from Barclays Women's Super League 2 side Charlton Athletic.

The versatile player is experienced in the top two tiers of English football, playing for Brighton & Hove Albion before making the switch to Charlton.

During her five-year spell at The Valley she made more than 100 appearances.

Bethan has also represented England at both U18 and U19 level.
