Midfielder Charlotte Fleming signed a one-year deal for the Blues in the summer of 2024, having spent the previous season with Watford.

Charlotte began her career with Chelsea before moving to Leicester, London City and then the Golden Girls, having also represented England at U17 and then at U19 level.
