Sophie joined Town from FAWNL Southern Premier Division side Hashtag United in the summer of 2025.

The defensive midfielder spent a year-and-a-half at Hashtag United, winning back-to-back Essex County Cups and also picked up three Player of the Season awards.

Sophie has also represented London Bees, Reading and QPR.
