Megan Wearing joined Town in the summer of 2021 from Essex RTC, initially joining up with the WSL Academy squad. 

She previously spent time in the academies at both Arsenal and Millwall, breaking into the Town first-team during 2022/23 and going on to become a mainstay of Joe Sheehan’s defence. 

Her progress saw her named Supporters Player of the Year in 2022/23 and has gone on to captain Scotland’s U19 side.
