Megan Wearing joined Town in the summer of 2021 from Essex RTC, initially linking up with the WSL Academy squad. 

She previously spent time in the academies at both Arsenal and Millwall, breaking into the Town first-team during 2022/23 before becoming a mainstay in the defence and helping the club win the FAWNL Southern Premier Division in 2024/25. 

Her progress since being with the Blues has seen her named Supporters Player of the Year in 2022/23 and has also captain Scotland’s U19 side.
