No stranger to life at Portman Road, having worked under former Town bosses George Burley and Joe Royle. Malcolm returned to the Club two seasons ago and is solely responsible for the training of the Town 'keepers. A well respected figure in the game, Malcolm has also had coaching spells at Derby, Southampton, Crystal Palace and Hearts amongst others.
