Freddie Sears joined Town from Colchester United in 2015 for an undisclosed fee.
The former West Ham trainee was Colchester’s top scorer before moving along the A12 and made his Town debut away at Millwall.
The striker won the Championship Goal of the Month award for January 2019 following his superb long-range effort against Aston Villa.
Wears the number 20 shirt for Town.
