Kayden Jackson signed for the Blues from Accrington Stanley for an undisclosed fee in August 2018, signing a three year deal.
The striker played with Paul Hurst before briefly at Grimsby, but joined up with the Blues boss again having scored 16 times in Stanley's push towards the League Two title in 2017/18.
Kayden will wear the number 9 shirt at Town.
