Town signed Tyreece John-Jules on a season-long loan from Arsenal in June 2022.
The 21-year-old forward, who was born in London, began his youth career with Charlton before joining Arsenal at the age of eight.
He scored three goals in five appearances for the Gunners’ U21s in the Football League Trophy between 2018 and 2019, before spending the latter half of the 2019/20 season in League One with Lincoln City.
Tyreece netted on his home debut for the Imps but his time at LNER Stadium was ended prematurely as Covid-19 saw the campaign curtailed.
He returned to the third tier on loan, this time with Doncaster, for 2020/21 and bagged five goals in 19 league appearances as Rovers secured a midtable finish.
The forward’s next temporary move away from Emirates Stadium saw him spend the first half of last season with Championship side Blackpool.
Tyreece then joined Sheffield Wednesday in January, making his debut for the Owls when Town visited Hillsborough Stadium later that month.
Unfortunately, that was to be his only appearance for the South Yorkshire outfit, as a quad injury ruled him out for the remainder of the term.
Away from club football, Tyreece, who wears the number 14 shirt for the Blues, has represented England at every age group from U16 to U21 level.
Tyreece is sponsored by Case Wealth Management.
