Updated information from Planet Blue Superstore
All confirmed squad number choices have been added to the Blues’ online store.
Shirt personalisation options include; official EFL name & number printing (£12), official EFL sleeve badges (£6 pair, 18yrs+ only) and our charitable 'Thank You NHS' logo (£3.50, all proceeds donated to local NHS Hospitals Charity).
Fans are reminded to check sizing information on all products which are requested to be personalised, as these products cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing issues. If fans are unsure on the sizing required, they are advised to have personalisation added at a later stage, post-purchase.
The Blues’ retail team have also confirmed that they are now in a position to be able to re-introduce free Click & Collect (from the Portman Road store) fulfilment options on all online orders.
This service had been temporarily removed due to the closure of the store during the Covid-19 lockdown. The re-introduction of this service includes a number of small changes to ensure both customers and staff are protected as much as possible during the in-store collection process.
Customers looking to collect an online order from the store should head to the 1st floor till area and follow all instructions from signage/staff members.
Any fans who have pre-ordered their brand new 2020/21 home or away kit but now wish to use the click and collect service can arrange for a refund of the postage paid on their orders.
To request this option, fans should email email@example.com with their name, order reference number, order email address and best contact telephone number. The Blues’ retail warehouse team will arrange for your order to be made available for collection as soon as the kit arrives, will contact you with regards to this collection and will arrange for your postage fees to be refunded.
Finally, the Planet Blue team are following all the latest government guidance advice as closely as possible. The update yesterday evening with regards to the wearing of face coverings within retail stores from 24 July, 2020, is being monitored and will be followed.
We would therefore request all customers visiting the store from 24 July onwards adhere to this advice. Advice is being sought for the age of children who are required to wear a face covering and will be updated as soon as we can confirm this information.
