What is TownTV?
TownTV is Ipswich Town’s official digital platform. Some content is free to browse, but with a subscription you can unlock all on-demand content, including full match replays, extended features, interviews, live shows like Matchday Preview Live, and live commentary of all Town matches.
How much does TownTV cost?
TownTV subscription: £5.99 per month, available to both UK and international supporters.
TownTV+ subscription: £20 per month or £170 for the full 2025/26 season (only available to international supporters).
Match passes: £10 per game (only available in regions eligible to stream that fixture).
What are the benefits of a TownTV subscription?
All subscribers get:
- Live audio commentary for all first-team fixtures
- Full match replays made available within 24 hours
- Live weekly match build-up show with special guests
- Premium on-demand content including extended highlights, in-depth features, interviews and behind-the-scenes access
What are the benefits of TownTV+ subscription?
Everything in TownTV, plus live video of eligible matches where streaming rights allow. Availability is subject to your location and EFL restrictions and there is no guarantee of how many games will be available to watch live on TownTV in the 2025/26 season.
TownTV+ is only available to international supporters.
How do I purchase a subscription?
Follow the instructions to purchase on our Subscriptions page here. Once you’ve completed the checkout process, ensure you are logged in to unlock all your TownTV benefits.
When will I be charged each month?
Subscribers will be charged their subscription fee on the same day each month. For example, if you subscribed on 25 July, your next payment will be on 25 August.
How do I upgrade to TownTV+ from my existing subscription?
If you already have a TownTV £5.99 subscription, cancel it first to avoid overlapping payments. Then, purchase TownTV+ to unlock all existing benefits plus extra content and features.
To cancel a subscription, simply log in at ITFC.co.uk, head to the Profile section (located in the top right corner), and select View Subscriptions.
From there you will be taken to our payment platform, Stripe, where you can cancel your subscription or update your payment details.
Please note: TownTV+ is only available to international supporters.
I'm a UK supporter. Which games can I watch on TownTV?
In line with EFL regulations, live video streaming of first-team matches will not be available in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man for any fixtures in the 2025/26 season.
I'm an international supporter. Which games can I watch on TownTV?
EFL broadcasting restrictions apply to every Championship club, including Ipswich Town, and determine where a match can be streamed internationally. The EFL agrees these rights on a match-by-match basis, so there is no guarantee of how many games will be available to watch live on TownTV in the 2025/26 season, even with a TownTV+ subscription.
For matches available to stream in your region, international supporters have two options:

Buy an individual match pass for £10 per game. Only available to purchase if you’re in a region eligible to watch.

Subscribe to TownTV+ for £20 per month or £170 for the full 2025/26 season. Eligible games will be available to watch as part of your subscription, subject to EFL broadcasting restrictions. The number of games available is not guaranteed.
If a match is selected for international broadcast, it will only be available in the unsold territories (see list below).
Can I watch all matches live with TownTV+?
No. Live match availability depends on your location and EFL broadcasting restrictions. The number of matches you can watch varies, and there is no guarantee of access to any particular game.
Can I listen to all Town matches live?
Yes - all subscribers can access live commentary for every Town match, both home and away, regardless of location.
What does “unsold territories” mean?
Unsold territories are regions where no other broadcaster has exclusive rights to a game. Matches selected for international broadcast are only available to stream in unsold markets.
Supporters in these regions can purchase an individual match pass or watch eligible games via TownTV+, subject to availability.
Which countries are included in the “unsold territories”?
For the 2025/26 season, the unsold territories are:
American Samoa, Belarus, Belgium, Brunei, Cambodia, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Cook Islands, East Timor, Faroe Islands, Fiji, Gibraltar, Guam, Italy, Kiribati, Laos, Macau, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, Norfolk Island, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Pitcairn Islands, Poland, Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Tyrol (Italy), Spain, Tahiti (French Polynesia), Taiwan, Tokelau, Tonga, Turkey, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Vietnam, Wallis & Futuna, Western Samoa (Samoa).
Please note: this list is subject to change depending on EFL broadcasting arrangements.
Which non-Championship games can I watch on TownTV?
There will be no live video coverage of Carabao Cup or FA Cup games in any territory. However, live audio commentary will be available on TownTV to subscribers, with full match replays available afterwards.
Which Town Women games can I watch on TownTV?
All Town Women league matches will be available to watch for free via the WSL’s YouTube channel. The Club will share links to each live stream on TownTV for easy access. Please note the Club is not responsible for the broadcasting of these games.
How do I know if a match is available to me?
Match availability is published before each game on the Club’s news page (look for articles titled TownTV Info) as soon as it is confirmed by the EFL.
Individual match passes are only visible to supporters in regions eligible to watch, and eligible games will also be available to TownTV+ members in those regions.
What does “eligible matches” mean?
Eligible matches are games that can be streamed live in your region. Some matches may be selected for broadcast by the EFL or other partners, meaning they won’t be available on TownTV, even with a TownTV+ subscription. There is no guarantee how many matches you will be able to watch.
Is there a guarantee on the number of live matches I can watch?
No. Live match availability depends on EFL broadcasting rights and your region. Some games may not be available to watch, even with TownTV+.
Can I stream content or matches in my pub or venue?
No. TownTV is for personal use only and cannot be used in commercial settings, including pubs, clubs, or other public venues.
How do I create a new TownTV account?
Supporters can register for a free ITFC digital account here.
Once registered, supporters can watch free videos or purchase a TownTV subscription to unlock all content.
Please note: your ITFC Digital account is separate from your ticketing login. Even if you already have a ticketing account, you will need to register separately for ITFC Digital to access TownTV, TownTV+ and other digital content. Make sure you use the same email you want associated with your subscription to make accessing your benefits easier.

Which payment method can I use to buy a subscription or match pass?

I have subscribed or bought a pass and payment has been taken twice. What do I do?

I've paid but I am unable to see some features. What do I do?
First, double-check that you’ve purchased the correct subscription or match pass for the content you want to access. After any purchase, you should receive a receipt as proof of payment.
Make sure you are logged in - this is a common reason why content may not appear. On a desktop, once logged in, the login button in the top right will change to “Profile”, confirming you’re logged in.
Also, check for any restrictions on the content. For example, some matches may not be available in certain countries due to EFL broadcasting rules.

How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, email itfcdigitalsupport@itfc.co.uk within 7 days of purchase with your Supporter ID, registered email, and relevant details.
Refunds may be offered for:

Technical issues caused by our service

Significant misrepresentation of the product (issues beyond our control, including live content availability, are not eligible)

I've just become a member. When do I get access to my TownTV benefits?
TownTV benefits may take up to 24 hours to be added to your ITFC Digital account.
To make the process smoother, please ensure you use the same email address you purchased your membership with when signing up to ITFC Digital.
I have cancelled my subscription but I am still being charged. Why is this?
You must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your billing date to avoid being charged for your upcoming billing cycle. Otherwise, you may still be charged.
Can I pause or rewind live content?
Live TownTV streams cannot be paused, rewound, or fast-forwarded. If you pause a stream, it will not resume from the same point.
Most live content, including Full Match Replays, will be available to watch on-demand afterwards.

1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ipswich Town Football Club TownTV streaming service (“Service”) provided by Ipswich Town Football Club (“ITFC”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.2 By using the Service, you agree to these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and ITFC. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Access and Use
2.1 To access the Service, you must register an account and pay any applicable subscription fees.
2.2 You may not share your account or login details. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
2.3 The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial use requires our prior written consent.
3. Content
3.1 The Service provides live and on-demand content related to Ipswich Town Football Club, including matches, interviews, and highlights.
3.2 Content availability may vary, and we make no guarantees about what will be available at any time.
3.3 We may remove or modify content at our discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Subscription fees may change; we will notify you of any changes.
4.2 Payment must be made via an accepted credit or debit card. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time via Profile > View Subscriptions on ITFC.co.uk or by emailing itfcdigitalsupport@itfc.co.uk. Requests are processed within 5 working days. Cancel at least 24 hours before your billing date to avoid charges.
5.2 Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, providing your Supporter ID, registered email, and details.

Technical Issues: Faults preventing access that are our responsibility.

7.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1 We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
