What is TownTV?
TownTV is Ipswich Town’s official digital platform. Supporters can browse some content for free, or subscribe to unlock the full library: match replays, features, interviews, selected live U21 matches and live commentary for first-team matches.
Please note: First-team matches cannot be watched live in the 2026/27 season.
How much does TownTV cost?
Selected content is free to browse, but a TownTV subscription at £5.99 per month unlocks all content and is available to supporters in the UK and overseas.
Please note, TownTV+ subscriptions and individual match passes will not be available in 2026/27 in line with Premier League broadcasting regulations.
What are the benefits of a TownTV subscription?
All subscribers get:
- Live audio commentary for all first-team fixtures, home and away
- Full match replays within 24 hours of the final whistle
- Live matchday shows, first-team press conferences and selected club events
- Selected U21 and Town Women matches streamed live from Portman Road
- Exclusive early access - watch selected videos 24 hours before anyone else
- Premium on-demand library including extended highlights, in-depth features, interviews and behind-the-scenes access
What happened to the TownTV+ subscription?
TownTV+ was our international subscription that included selected live match streaming. As a Premier League club, we are no longer permitted to stream live match footage through our own platform. This is a requirement of Premier League broadcasting regulations, which apply to all 20 clubs. As a result, TownTV+ is no longer available from the 2026/27 season.
If you were a TownTV+ subscriber, you'll receive an email with what this means for your subscription from 1 June 2026.
What happens to my TownTV+ subscription if I cancel?
You can cancel your TownTV+ subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. After that, you won’t be charged again for TownTV+.
What if I cancel TownTV+ after 1 June?
If you cancel TownTV+ after 1 June, your subscription will still end at the end of your current billing period. You won’t be charged again once that period finishes, and you won’t be moved onto the standard £5.99 TownTV subscription.
How do I purchase a subscription?
Follow the instructions to purchase on our Subscriptions page here. Once you’ve completed the checkout process, ensure you are logged in to unlock all your TownTV benefits.
When will I be charged each month?
Subscribers will be charged their subscription fee on the same day each month. For example, if you subscribed on 25 July, your next payment will be on 25 August.
How do I manage/cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time using our customer portal, powered by Stripe:
You can also do this from the ITFC website by logging in, clicking your profile icon in the top right, and selecting View Subscriptions.
Can I watch live first-team matches on TownTV?
No. As a Premier League club, we are no longer permitted to stream live match footage through our own platform. This applies to all supporters, whether you are based in the UK or overseas.
Can I listen to live commentary through TownTV?
Yes. Live audio commentary is available for all first-team fixtures, home and away, as part of a TownTV subscription.
Selected U21 and Town Women fixtures from Portman Road may also be available to listen to.
Which non-first-team matches can I watch live?
Selected U21 fixtures from Portman Road will be streamed live on TownTV. For Women's team matches, non-televised WSL2 games are streamed free on the official WSL2 YouTube channel.
Can I watch FA Cup or Carabao Cup matches on TownTV?
No. Cup matches fall under the same broadcasting regulations - live match footage cannot be streamed through club platforms. Details of broadcast selections are announced by the respective competitions.
What other live content is available on TownTV?
Alongside live audio commentary, TownTV subscribers can watch selected U21 and Town Women fixtures streamed live from Portman Road and live first-team pre-match press conferences. From time to time, other club events may also be streamed live, including the Fans' Forum.
Pre-season fixture streaming details will be confirmed in due course.
When are full match replays available?
Full match replays are made available to all TownTV subscribers within 24 hours of the final whistle.
Can I stream TownTV content in a pub or venue?
TownTV subscriptions are for personal, private use only and are not licensed for public performance or commercial premises.
How can I watch a full match replay without seeing the score first?

How do I create an account to access TownTV?
Supporters can register for a free ITFC digital account here.
Once registered, supporters can watch free videos or purchase a TownTV subscription to unlock all content.
Please note from Tuesday, 2 June, you will use your ITFC digital account to access all ITFC platforms to enhance your online experience. This will, therefore, mean that all ITFC platforms use the same login (single sign-on). Full details can be found here.
I haven't received the confirmation email
Once you’ve registered, you should receive an email from Ipswich Town Football Club, powered by Stripe.
- Check your junk or spam folders if it hasn’t arrived.
- If you still cannot find the email, contact digital support at itfcdigitalsupport@itfc.co.uk.
- Follow the link in the email to complete your account activation and set up security for your ITFC Digital account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

How do I manage my subscription ie. update billing details?
To manage a subscription, simply log in at ITFC.co.uk, head to the Profile section (located in the top right corner), and select View Subscriptions.
From there you will be taken to our payment platform, Stripe, where you can update payment details, review the current plan or make changes to your account details.
Which payment method can I use to buy a subscription or match pass?
We currently accept the following payment methods:

I have subscribed and payment has been taken twice. What do I do?

I've paid but I am unable to see some features. What do I do?
First, please make sure you’re logged in with the same email address you used to subscribe. On desktop, the “Login” button changes to “Profile” when you’re signed in.
Please remember: from the 2026/27 season, live matches are not available on TownTV due to Premier League broadcasting rules, so you will not see any live match video.
If everything looks correct and you still can’t access content, email itfcdigitalsupport@itfc.co.uk for help.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, email itfcdigitalsupport@itfc.co.uk within 7 days of purchase with your Supporter ID, registered email, and relevant details.
Refunds may be offered for:

Duplicate purchases

Technical issues caused by our service

Significant misrepresentation of the product (issues beyond our control, including live content availability, are not eligible)
Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind or misreading product descriptions

All refunds are at our discretion. We may request additional information before approval.
I've just become a member. When do I get access to my TownTV benefits?
TownTV benefits may take up to 24 hours to be added to your ITFC Digital account.
To make the process smoother, please ensure you use the same email address you purchased your membership with when signing up to ITFC Digital.
I have cancelled my subscription but I am still being charged. Why is this?
You must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your billing date to avoid being charged for your upcoming billing cycle. Otherwise, you may still be charged.
Can I pause or rewind live content?
Live TownTV streams cannot be paused, rewound, or fast-forwarded. If you pause a stream, it will not resume from the same point.
Most live content, including Full Match Replays, will be available to watch on-demand afterwards.

The Club is not responsible for streaming issues caused by device incompatibility, poor connection, VPN use, or other factors beyond our control.

If you’ve checked all FAQs and still need assistance, email itfcdigitalsupport@itfc.co.uk for support. We aim to respond within 5 working days. A reduced support team is available on matchdays to assist with high-priority issues where possible.
Terms and conditions for TownTV/ITFC digital services and products.
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ipswich Town Football Club TownTV streaming service (“Service”) provided by Ipswich Town Football Club (“ITFC”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.2 By using the Service, you agree to these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and ITFC. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Access and Use
2.1 To access the Service, you must register an account and pay any applicable subscription fees.
2.2 You may not share your account or login details. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
2.3 The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial use requires our prior written consent.
3. Content
3.1 The Service provides live and on-demand content related to Ipswich Town Football Club, including matches, interviews, and highlights.
3.2 Content availability may vary, and we make no guarantees about what will be available at any time.
3.3 We may remove or modify content at our discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Subscription fees may change; we will notify you of any changes.
4.2 Payment must be made via an accepted credit or debit card. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time via Profile > View Subscriptions on ITFC.co.uk or by emailing itfcdigitalsupport@itfc.co.uk. Requests are processed within 5 working days. Cancel at least 24 hours before your billing date to avoid charges.
5.2 Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, providing your Supporter ID, registered email, and details.
5.3 Refunds may be offered for:

Duplicate Purchases: Accidental double purchases.

Technical Issues: Faults preventing access that are our responsibility.

Misrepresentation: Significant misrepresentation of the product (excluding live content issues beyond our control).
Refunds are not provided for:

Change of Mind: Review all product descriptions, device compatibility, and restrictions before purchase.

Late Subscription Cancellations: No refund for unused periods.

User Error or Device Issues: Technical problems caused by incorrect use, device incompatibility, or VPNs.
5.4 Refunds are at our sole discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All intellectual property in the Service and content belongs to ITFC or licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or display content without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding content accuracy, completeness, or suitability.
7.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1 We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
